  • Four 45-minute consultations with a Birkman Certified Consultant that specializes in the insurance industry.

Step 1: Purchase the Birkman Surveys for you or your chosen team members.

Step 2: Locate your unique Birkman link, which you will receive via email along with detailed instructions.

Step 3: Have your chosen team members complete the Birkman survey using your unique link.

Step 4: Once the Birkman Surveys are completed we will schedule your 45-minute consultations. There we will review the Birkman results with the agency principal (and team member if requested).
