The Birkman Method is a personality test that measures human characteristics that influence behaviors, motivations, and perceptions.  This enables an agent to use the personality test to find the best fit for an employee within the agency, identify the best person to hire, or help build a training program to develop your employees and grow the agency.  The Birkman Method has been around since 1961 and has been taken by over 5 million people.

You will be working with Thomas Billings, who has been certified with Birkman International, Inc. since 2013, during which time he has issued more Birkman Method assessments in the insurance industry than any other certified Birkman Method consultant. 

Shortly thereafter you will receive an email from Thomas including a unique link for you and your agency.  You will be asked to respond with the names of each individual who will be taking the Birkman survey(s).  Also, this unique link is for your agency only and it should never be shared with anyone other than the individuals that will be taking the survey(s).
